The Association of Somali region Victims and Survivors (ASVS) is a local organisation established by victims and survivors of gross human rights violations and conflict in the Somali regional state, Ethiopia. It was established in April 2019 and is registered with the Somali Regional State's Justice Bureau and Disaster Risk Management Bureau.

Victims and survivors of human rights violations and conflict in the Somali Regional State are recognised and supported to meet their needs and to contribute to sustainable justice and peace in the region.

To provide voice, organisation, recognisation and support to victims and survivors of human rights violations and conflict in the Somali Regional State of Ethiopia.
